I bought a few important runes for a character I don't use often, clicked to apply, and... d'oh. She already had them. >_< I don't even remember giving her any sort of valuable runes, either. It didn't cost me that much, maybe 1.5 plat total, but I was tired and still managed to apply one before realizing I had redundant inventory.

bought a perfect salvage kit to take the mods off my ele sword... used an expert salvage kit, got both mods, broke the 60k (at the time) sword...

Doing Frost Gate Mission without checking bars... had a Mo/E with almost all Ele skills and maybe 2 monk skills... no rez either. Last time I ever did that.

Heh, I did that with my Dervish's Elite Sunspear for a major vig or something. It wasn't until right after I clicked salvage that I realized the mistake.
Fortunately though it didn't break. Was still pissed with my momentary stupidity though.

destroying my asuran armor and instead getting the 15k glads armor leggings....so now i have to wear hotpants until I can get monument or another set of leggings.

Going out to cap FoC on my ele for skill hunter getting there killing the boss, relizing I forgot cap sig quit go back to town. Head out again with cap sig only to repeat the same thing get to the boss and relizing I was the wrong secondary......needles to say I still dont have that skill.

Going into AB with my PVE warrior using Save Yourself, Sunspear rebirth signet, and cap signet.

Merching 560 candy canes......good thing my guild just gave them to me, but still.
Using Ignite arrows while using a sword, also using barrage with preperations and wondering where they were going.

1) Mesmer capping Aura of the Lich in Hell's Precipice. Got all the way to the boss, which was at the part with the Armageddon Lords (nearby) and it dawned on me that I was the wrong "green" color (Necromancer vs. Ranger) for secondary.

2) Losing to the Crab team in Boreas Seabed.

3) Picking Master of Whispers' Path in Nightfall and wondering why I couldn't start Pogahn Passage mission. Took me an hour to figure it out.

Did this yeserday:

Wanted to cap Barrage, get a PUG, get about 1/2 way thru and 2 people leave and don't return. Get wiped.

Try #2 Another PUG. Get all the way to Markis, and DC (I'm on dial-up and it randomly dc's, not very often, but too much for me)... can't reconnect in time to get back to my party.

Try #3 Yet another PUG. Get to Markis, kill him, Jade spawn, kill Jade, mission over. No cap.

Try #4 One guy from last PUG. Said he'll help me. Get to Markis, Kill him, while the Jade beat on the nice helper guy, I finally cap my damn skill.

Wasted hours on something I shoulda been able to get in 10 damn minutes!!

i also bought a req 13 shadow sword 15% -10 for 100K +5 ecto thinking i could resell for more I no longer to such things

worst self pwnage? running ahead, screaming "LEEEEEEROY JENNNKINS!!" against a spirit spammed enemy base right of the bat in RA. only did that once though, and my team was noobs anyways.
